Copy the signature above first, then follow the steps for your app. Paste with Ctrl+V on Windows or Cmd+V on a Mac. Do not use paste without formatting.

  1. Open Gmail, click the gear icon at the top right, then See all settings.
  2. On the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new.
  3. Name it, click in the signature box, and paste.
  4. Under Signature defaults, choose it for new emails and for replies.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Save changes.
